Marco has advised various institutional clients, both national and international, as well as private equity funds and public vehicles, on a variety of highly sophisticated transactions. These notably include the structuring and issuance of various securities and public vehicles on stock exchanges; the structuring of diverse private equity investments; advising on the structuring of various secured loans, both domestic and cross-border; and advising multiple regulated entities such as SOFOMs, Investment Fund Operators, Afores, and Multiple Banking Institutions.
